Let’s Talk
What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a simple membership model that gives you direct access to your doctor for a monthly fee. Meaning you get longer visits, direct communication with your doctor, and a more personal, stress-free healthcare experience
Do you offer telemedicine?
Yes! Phone and video visits are available for when you are traveling or unable to come into the office.
Do I need health insurance?
Waseleski Internal Medicine is not a substitute for health insurance. We strongly recommend maintaining health insurance to help pay for labs, medications, imaging, specialty care hospital services and more.
Can I use my HSA?
Yes! As of January 1, 2026, recent changes to healthcare law allows DPC membership fees to be paid using your HSA There are finer details and limitations on fee amounts, so we recommend consulting with your tax adviser first.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
Membership is paid monthly and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Email is acceptable.
What if I need to see a specialist?
If the need arises for you to see a specialist, we will help facilitate such a referral within your health insurance network. Because this practice is independent, we are not tied to any hospital or referral network. We can recommend the specialist we believe is best for your situation. Also, with longer visits and more personalized care, many concerns can be fully managed in the office, often reducing the need for specialist visits.
